The holidays are upon us! That means lots of chocolates, cookies and pastries to name a few at those wonderful office parties, family get-togethers. Here are a few tips to help us all stay healthy during the holidays!

  1.  Bring Your Own Food
  2. Fill up on the healthiest foods first
  3. Stand more than an arm’s length away from munchies
  4. Concentrate on your meal while you’re eating it
  5. Don’t go to the mall hungry
  6. Choose a proper restaurant over the brad-and-go food court
  7. Avoid fast-food places that put emphasize on the red as a color theme
  8. Weigh yourself daily
  9. Zip yourself into your favorite pair of slim-fitting pants once a week
